The availability of homes on PastorStays can vary widely depending on several factors and scenarios. Some hosts may offer their homes frequently, while others may only have a few nights available for booking within a certain period. 

Possible Factors Influencing Availability

  • Limited Availability: Some hosts decide to donate their home to PastorStays for only a few weeks each year.
  • Business Use: Many hosts use their home as a Short term rental business on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, resulting in many nights already being booked.
  • Seasonal Offering: Some hosts will only offer nights during slower seasons like fall or spring.
  • Manual Openings: Some hosts will open up their availability a week at a time but it might be at random times in the year. 
  • Last-Minute Stays: Some hosts will only offer last-minute stays, such as allowing bookings 14 days out from today.
