LifePlan
LifePlan is a two day, guided process that enables the client to carefully evaluate their life journey to date. The client considers their core values, gifts and talents, thinking sweet spots, vocational fit, and energy replenishment strategy. Clients drill down on what is right, wrong, missing and confused in their lives, and merge from the process with a clearer sense of their life purpose. They identify their potential risks and constraints, and have a vocational gating tool to help them consider future opportunities. They assess the use of their time, and consider their specific leadership style. 16-19 charting tools are used. Within days of completing a LifePlan, all charts will have been processed in software that can be easily revised and updated - the LifePlan becomes a cloud based, ongoing operating system for the rest of life.

In this position she led college students in evangelism and discipleship through small groups, individual mentoring and short -term missions. She served alongside her husband Michael for 10 years at Fellowship Community Church. She is now a full-time Counselor and Life Coach with a commitment to serve those in ministry who need a safe place to process life and ministry.
