# Is my account information transferred to the new Website?

## Since the launch of the new website in May of 2024. All Users will need to create a new account on the platform. 

#### **Does my Pastor account from the old website transfer?**

- All Pastors will need to create a new PastorStays account. Unfortunately, the information used on the previous version of the Website will not transfer to the new Website. We offer 3 simple options to create a new account using either Google, Facebook or Apple. 

#### **Does my Host account from the old website transfer?**

- All Hosts will need to create a new PastorStays account. Unfortunately, the information used on the previous version of the Website will not transfer to the new Website. We offer 3 simple options to create a new account using either Google, Facebook or Apple. 

#### **Does my listing information transfer to the new website? **

- As a host, you will need to transfer your listing information to the new website. PastorStays has saved the old listing information as a backup and can provide assistance if needed.
